Starting a Gospel, let alone the whole New Testament, with a long list of Hebrew names (Matthew 1:1-17) doesn't seem the most enticing way to get us to read on. That is, until we discover that this group of names is a sacred family tree, carved out over centuries, littered with kings and vagabonds, leading to the long-promised Messiah. Come and discover what this family tree tells us about the most important Person to ever walk this earth.
