Rather significant headline popped Monday: Gonzaga’s best player bolted on the team and didn’t tell them in advance. Filip Petrusev would’ve been a First Team A-A pick in the preseason had he opted to return, but that’s not the case. Parrish and Norlander react to the news and differ on where they’d slot the Zags heading into the fall. Some behind-the-scenes intel is shared as well, plus a preview of Gonzaga for next season on the whole. There’s more news: Baylor has the No. 1-rated class for 2021 at the moment (22:30). Scott Drew is ushering in what looks to be the golden age of Baylor hoops, and that’s saying something. Remember, there were the Terry Teagle years! Stick around until the end: Norlander’s got some coach/school name marriages to consider.
