The government's unveiled a major reform of the health system, scrapping all 20 district health boards. They'll be replaced by a new, national body, Health NZ which will be responsible for running hospitals, primary and community health services. A new Māori Health Authority will also be created, as will a Public Health Agency. RNZ's health correspondent Rowan Quinn speaks to Meriana Johnsen about the reforms.
