This has been a heavy week, and as I grief worker I hear you (and my own body!) But if you hadn't heard the rallying cry - you sure have now! You don't have to forget your responsibilities, but we do have to figure out a way to leverage our community to keep hope alive, and make the world a better place for our children.
In this episode of Owning Life, I explore the complexities of navigating life in our 40s, particularly focusing on the themes of grief, hope, and the impact of recent social changes. I discuss the importance of acknowledging our feelings, the role of grief in our lives, and how the COVID-19 pandemic has reshaped our understanding of loss. I emphasize the need for stronger leadership and community organization during challenging times, while also encouraging listeners to embrace their emotions and support one another.
