In E041, Robby Clark talks about his journey as an actor and massively successful real estate investor who has transacted on 100 properties in the last 18 months. Robby started acting in his teens and had lead roles on multiple tv shows before eventually going bankrupt at 22 years old because he hadn't yet learned how to manage his money.

Robby humbled himself and began waiting tables to bounce back and eventually started avidly reading about real estate investing. With no formal education, Robby has polished himself into a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur with three different companies and over 30 employees. Robby commented that there are no valid excuses, ever. It's always up to the individual to find a 'work around' and continue pushing forward. This episode is extremely inspiring!
