Its time to begin tonight's sleep meditation.

Start by making yourself comfortable.

Lie down and have your head softly supported.

Rest your hands gently in your lap or at your side.

Allow your eyes to close.

Let go of all the stress you might feel in your body.

You are in control now.

Take several long, slow, deep breaths.

Breathing in fully and exhaling slowly.

When you are ready, allow your body to completely relax.

If your mind begins to wander, focus on the sound of tonight's sleep meditation.
