Vincent Brown, Professor of African American Studies at Harvard University, discusses his book "Tacky’s Revolt: The Story of an Atlantic Slave War." He says recent protests over racial injustice feel different from previous ones. Brown also points out that society "needs a police force that doesn't shoot first and ask questions later."
