Welcome to another episode of Spilling the Beans! This week I'm actually up at my mountain house in western North Carolina with a whole bunch of our three year veteran Legacy Family members. I think there's a lot of value that comes in committing to something for at least 36 months. And so in an effort to incentivize, reward and appreciate people for being in our mastermind for three years or longer, I wanted to make sure that we invited the veteran members out to spend some time together and talk about business at a different level. Today I'm sitting down with Dan Costantino, who's an absolute rockstar from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. When he came to Legacy Family. I think he had 60, 80 rental units, and today he's got over 600. So he's built a team. He's taken over property management in house. He's scaled his business substantially. He's got some big wins that are in the pipeline in his business, and I'm excited to hear a little bit more about some of the big takeaways and key factors that have changed his trajectory and what those pivotal moments have been in his business.
