Teria: There are apps that can help manage all our tasks, responsibilities, and goals that we may want to set. There are dozens and hundreds of them but I found one that I really like, it's called Strides App, which allows me to set both habits, goals, and any tasks or things that I want to get done. It even allows me to do project basements. It's definitely on apple, it may be on android as well. The free versions will give you three goals and three habits that you can track, the paid one, which is $5 a month, $30 a year, or there's a lifetime for $80.
