You need to invest heavily in marketing – but you also need to understand it even if you outsource it USP– they must differentiate themselves Social media Building a list People problems Having the wrong business partner Hiring the wrong people Not firing the wrong people fast enough Not understanding how to manage teams Letting perfection get in the way of progress: They wait for the “right “ time.
