The Highway Earth Auto Show is an annual car show held in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. But, once you're there, you forget where you are.
That's because it takes place in Franklin Canyon Park and the setting is gorgeous!
Evan Klein is a long-time automotive photographer. And, he's also the show's founder. His ultimate goal was to merge the beauty of cars and the beauty of nature together.

Attendees at the Highway Earth Auto Show.
If you're wondering if this is a good event for the whole family, the answer is yes! Automotive enthusiasts of all ages and niche interests enjoy the Highway Earth Show.
For instance, you could love sports cars, Ferraris or Porsches or antique Fords. Likewise, you might prefer the types of cars you don't see at shows very often, and this event would be a good fit for you too.
Case in point, while touring this year's show we met Alexander Lehr. And he was displaying his vintage Studebaker.

“This was a very radical design in 1963. There was nothing like it.”
Alexander bought his Studebaker Avanti off of eBay in 2005. "Believe it or not, this was a very radical design in 1963. There was nothing like it. Now, a lot of cars look like it. However, back then, it was a very unique design" said Lehr.

Andrew and his Studebaker attend many car shows. But, like other attendees we spoke with, he called out the Highway Earth Show as one of his favorites. "Well, I've been to a lot of car shows. I like this show because the people are very friendly and easy going. Additionally, it's in a beautiful park" he said.
Walking grounds, we couldn't help but notice how many different kinds of car models were on display- more so than your typical car show. Every vehicle grabbed our attention for one reason or another. It was either a beautiful classic that made us turn our heads or just something unique that you don't see very often.

Many of the vehicles on display not only had a ton of character but also an interesting backstory, including Derrek Scouler’s 1969 Dodge Polara.
“There's only maybe twelve of them that we know about that still exist, so it’s pretty rare.”
Scouler's Dodge was an old California Highway Patrol Car, and different to say the least "There's only maybe twelve of them that we know about that still exist, so it's pretty rare" said Scouler.

“It's a good mix of everything- American cars, European cars, etc.”
Derrek also echoed our sentiment about how unique this kind of car show was "It's my first time here at this particular show. I try and show the car at different Cars & Coffee events and car shows, but this show is great. It's a good mix of everything- American cars, European cars, etc."
An Eclectic Collection
The Highway Earth Auto Show had different varieties and categories for cars being displayed. From a 1919 Ford to a Porsche 356A Outlaw 1957, to a 1989 Ferrari 328 GTS, there was certainly no shortage of diversity and opportunities for great conversations.
