Spiritual amnesia is not pretty.  When saints forget their Savior, we turn our backs on His gifts of joy and love and peace, trading them in for impatience, entitlement, and fear.  Psalm 136 reminds us of the blessings we have from God, our Creator, Deliverer, and Defender, whose steadfast love endures forever!
