Londiwe Ngubeni, more popularly known as Ms LoLo in HK, is a South African singer, entertainer and music producer in HK. She came to HK as lead singer for Disneyโ€™s Lion King. After working with Disney, Ms Lolo made her entrepreneurial debut in music industry leading many musical productions and solo performances. She recently released her own album โ€œA different Breedโ€, so named as it has combination of Afro Beats with Asian influences.

Ms Lolo believes that a place like HK gives her a wide opportunity in a market like China and South East Asia. It helps her make Afro beats popular in this part of the world and shape perspective of Asians about Africans. She also believes that her success in HK is a confidence booster for other Africans in Asia. Ms Lolo loves HK for its safety and hardworking culture. She admires HK people for their law-abiding nature. She credits HK for being a great business center and launch pad to test out new products and ideas which can then find global recognition.
