Born and raised in New Delhi, Mr. Pallak Seth is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and Co-Founder & Vice Chairman of PDS Limited. PDS is a global consumer-driven manufacturing and sourcing platform serving the worldโ€™s leading brands and retailers.

After graduating from Northwestern University in Chicago, Pallak came to Hong Kong in 1999 to start his entrepreneurial journey at age 21. He established Norwest Industries, which has today diversified as PDS Limited. Given capital constrains, Pallak developed an innovative approach to growth by setting up joint ventures with experienced and ambitious professionals to become owner entrepreneurs. PDS provides a global plug-and-play business-building platform for entrepreneurs in the fashion industry, supporting them with startup capital and back-end support in finance, legal, accounting, IT, logistics, etc. PDS offers a lot of freedom to entrepreneurs to build their businesses in their own way and focuses on results and values. Starting with first joint venture subsidiary in 2005, PDS today has over 50 globally.

Pallak is married to Faiza, a serial entrepreneur and alumni of Northwestern and Stanford, and has 3 children.
