The Holy Spirit is the person of God that interacts with and empowers his people on earth. The work Jesus began (preaching the Good News, healing the sick, loving the vulnerable) is continued by his Spirit in his Church. As the person of God who empowers and teaches the church, it is important that followers of Jesus learn to listen, obey, and walk confidently in the power of the Holy Spirit.
