In this episode Craig and Kevin spend some time talking with Eric Thornton who has bought and sold many properties.  In doing so, he has made many updates to the properties and has sold them for much more than he purchased them for, thus increasing his equity with each sale.  More than that, most of these properties were on land, which makes them particularly interesting as there are quite a few things a homeowner needs to consider when having a home on land.  We get into a lot of different topics surrounding homeownership in this episode and we hope you enjoy it!
