Funding for a province-wide Housing Hub is meant to spur the development of rental housing in rural areas. Xander Gopen, a senior planner with the Southwest NB Service Commission, says the non-profit organization will have lots to offer small developers in Charlotte County, from providing resources to help remove barriers to developing the kind of housing that's needed.
