Learn how nourishment, not derivation has led to losing weight and keeping it off.
She remembers the stab in the stomach of her doctor telling her that her health problems were due to her weight.
She decided to create a vision of how life would be if she was not tired all the time, and if she was happier all around. She read other people’s stories and used the inspiration of other people to remember her goals.
Despite her busy career in veterinary medicine, she made her health and her life a priority.
