The acronym R.A.I.N introduced by a renowned psychologist and meditation teacher Tara Brach stands for Recognise, Allow, Investigate, Nurture.  Today we chat about how we can use R.A.I.N to show compassion and understanding to ourselves whenever we face difficult situations or emotions.  Before we jump into finding a solution, we want to acknowledge what's here first, sit with it.
