His work is based on his study of tai chi with masters Zhu Xilin and George Xu, and he is an esteemed walking and running coach with 33 years of experience running, racing ultramarathons, and coaching thousands of people in intelligent movement. Danny is the author of two books, ChiRunning: A Revolutionary Approach to Effortless, Injury-Free Running and ChiWalking: The Five Mindful Steps for Lifelong Health and Energy.
