And thirdly, I touch on that feeling we often get when we hear things like this - a feeling that we already know this, that something resonates with an inherent wisdom we already have…

We finish with a lovely practical meditation to help you connect with this directly. When you understand this liquid crystal, you can more easily see how your energy and your responses are connected, healing as your spirit dances within.
