Hannah Chan is a fitness business coach.  She teaches fitness coaches how to scale their online businesses without a website, thousands of followers or spending a dime on paid ads.  Before that, she was into competitive powerlifting and took the Great Britain and international powerlifting scene by storm.  She won the British championships in 2015 and going onto breaking multiple British records while representing team GB internationally in 2016-2017 where she placed 3rd in the European championships and medaled at the world championships.

Hannah shares how starting her fitness journey helped her increase her confidence in herself and in other areas of her life.  She also shares tips that can help you in your own journey to self confidence.
