My next guest is Steve Fredlund from Minnesota.
Steve gained 30 years of corporate experience with the likes of Allianz, Medtronic, Thrivent and 3M with an overlapping 20 years of non-profit leadership experience including bringing transformation to a community in northern Rwanda. Steve has served on a number of non-profit boards, is a professional public speaker, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and has an MBA with emphasis in Non-profit Management. He is also the founder and Lead Strategist for SF Solutions and Small Small Business while also creating The Solving BOX™.
For the past 15 years Steve has been researching the true driving forces of authentic happiness and helps organizations increase engagement, productivity and retention through greater happiness and problem-solving capabilities.
Today I want to discuss this with Steve, and understand how leaders and professionals may deal with high levels of stress and transform their lives, their businesses and those around them.
