I'm opening up about how childhood loneliness shaped my adult life and the patterns it creates—hiding in isolation, fearing connection, collapsing in conflict, and carrying shame that fuels addiction. I share what it feels like in my body, how it shows up in relationships, and how somatic work helps me meet it instead of run from it. Through sessions with my healers, I face the “void” inside, let long-buried emotions move, and reconnect with a sense of innocence and enoughness. This is my journey of transforming loneliness from a burden into a teacher, and discovering that true healing comes through connection, authenticity, and intimacy.
