Ishita is a product manager who worked at various big tech companies including Facebook and Microsoft, and recently at a startup, called Noom where she worked on Noom’s core Mental Health product. At Noom she worked with many psychologists and learned the science behind building lasting habits. To deepen her understanding of mental health, she’s currently doing her continuing studies at Stanford and taking a cognitive behavioural therapy course. Her mission is to help people learn how to be mentally resilient and cognitively fit.
