Mikylah remembers being lonely, and not having people to count on or trust. Food became her safe place and comfort. She shares her relatable story, that the lonelier she got the more she pushed people away.

She overcomes her loneliness and negative emotions. She elegantly teaches us how to become friends with loneliness, and fear if the feelings are present.

She courageously steps in to self-forgiveness. She takes us through her journey, wrong turns and successes, and explains how we can do the same.
