In this episode I sat down for with Cody Adams and Lindsay Keane. Cody and Lindsay are two young men I am proud to call good friends, despite having met just 42 short days before this episode. Cody and Lindsay began their journey as Tradesmen from the Gold Coast of Australia and in the last year have greatly transformed themselves, discarding vices, and doubling down on personal development and discipline and now are inspiring others to do the same on their Youtube channel The Keane & Codes show.
