Katie first tried a plant-based diet to help her recover from athletic injuries from pole-vaulting, and eventually, she was able to increase her athletic performance significantly through it.
Also, Katie goes in-depth with how to more easily reach your fitness goals through a whole food plant-based diet. Katie has created an entire course in collaboration with HHR on utilizing a plant-based diet to increase your fitness.
