I will be the first to admit that pregnancy changed my perfect little sleep world. 15 months postpartum with my second baby and I'm now in a better place but still I am easily awaken and stirred at night.

I want to talk about how common it is for sleep to be disrupted during the postpartum phase and I don't think I'll ever go back to normal.
