According to a 2015 study conducted by the Pew Research Center, 56% of married people say shared housework is a very important key to a successful marriage. Only two things ranked higher on the survey -- "having shared interests" and a "satisfying sexual relationship."

This tells us that chores are an important aspect of marriage to figure out! Many women I coach struggle in this area -- feeling they are carrying the bulk of the burden.
