It’s easy to get accustomed to a routine so much so that it becomes mind numbing. We live most days just going through the motions and doing whatever it takes to get by. As the days in quarantine drag on, it’s easy to get lost in your mind, trapped in your thoughts, and suffocated being forced to stay home all day. To feel less stuck and helpless, I encourage you to be more mindful with everything that you do. Invite breath and consciousness into your actions to feel more present. In this episode, I talk about my current struggles and realizations, and how I’m making a conscious effort to feel like I’m ALIVE rather than feel like I’m just living.
