Are you currently stuck in a rut? Are you losing motivation? Are you beating yourself up about not achieving your goals? Sometimes, life can seem so incredibly overwhelming that our bodies just crave a break. In moments of hardship and sadness we tend to slow down, become “lazy,” and do the bare minimum every day to just get by. If you feel like you’ve lost your footing and your motivation, it’s important to recognize that this is NOT regression; this is progress. In the moments of stillness we learn patience, we gain perspective about what’s truly important in this world, and we learn what it’s like to be one with ourselves. In this episode, I talk about how disappointed in myself I’ve been lately about not doing all the things I usually do, and how I’m learning to truly appreciate slowing down. In this episode, you’ll learn how to be a bit more understanding and kind to yourself during your toughest moments. So sit back, relax, and enjoy. Happy Listening!
