Alec Zeck grew up in a beautiful home in the suburbs with everything a kid could want, including a father who coached his basketball team. But Alec’s home was also a narcissistically abusive environment, a place he was always fearful & where he began believing the things he was told about himself.

As an adult, he attended West Point Academy, becoming an Army Captain & playing on an Olympic sports team. Alec had found new labels to identify with, but was still externalizing his self-worth based on how others saw him.

What Alec experienced in his childhood would resurface continually, causing chaos in his life. He was forced to search inward for the healing he needed. That’s when this soldier took on another label—‘survivor of generational trauma.’

Healing begins when we reframe the past & apply new meaning to it. That will generate different thoughts & emotions. Alec’s journey to self-love began when he realized he deserves to heal.

We are all divinely, inherently worthy. But we let ourselves & each other forget that. Well, Alec & I are going to remind you, while sharing some steps you can take towards healing past traumas. Let’s talk some SHIFT!
