This is a ramble allergies kicking my butt today. Good information though. I explain why I flip houses more than I hold and how they can become a liability where other rentals offices, commercial, industrial etc generally have a better return on actual value. Also how commercial properties have much less maintenance fees as they have less carpet, bathrooms and landscape to deal with. I'll have a nice studio in about a month to make better exhibits.
