For those of you who are in this space, you probably recognize how taxing it can be. As creators we are expected to wear multiple hats in order to be successful in our roles, and we are expected to be “on” and online 24/7.

Why is rest important?

First and foremost, because you and your health should always be your #1 priority. No matter
what anyone else says, taking care of yourself is absolutely crucial to leading a happy and healthy life. But if you’re like me and need a little more encouragement to rest up, it’s also important to realize that you don’t produce your best work when you are exhausted. You can’t give 100% if you’re not at 100%!
