As we approach week god knows what of quarantine, many of us are starting to feel suffocated, trapped, antsy, anxious, or depressed. For the first time, there are not many ways to physically escape and no where to run away. Not only are most of us trapped within the confines of our homes, but many of us are starting to feel trapped within the confines of our minds. In this episode, I’m joined by my friend and co-worker, Kelsey, and we explore how quarantine is having both a positive and negative effect on body image, mental health, and mind body connection.
