How to Relate to Your Job Title

What's in a title? To what extent does your title concern you? Titles may be a thing at networking events or cocktail parties. And your family and friends will celebrate a title upgrade with you. But are titles that important? A few years ago, many online publications said they absolutely were important, especially in a job search.  However, is this still the state of affairs? To dive more deeply into the topic for this episode, I reached out to a colleague of mine, Alicia Canario.
