Teria: My tip kind of gets along with our topic, it is by Peter Drucker, "What's Measured Improves", and I want to reiterate what you said that in the beginning, we didn't say, 'oh let's gather all of this', we started with the area where we wanted to improve. So we began collecting those metrics, without having the metric you kind of don't know how to improve.
