This week VICI properties bought yet another huge Vegas Strip casino. This time they purchased Strat from Golden Entertainment along with 6 other Southern Nevada properties. With VICI now owning the land under 5 different Strip operators' casinos, is it time to call them the landlord of Las Vegas and what does this mean for the future?
