In Episode 387: Hunter Encounters Dogman, we are joined by Emmett. He tells us about his multiple UFO encounters, the shadow figures that plague him, and his grandfather visiting him in his dreams and morphing into something terrifying. Emmett also shares a unique encounter in Vermont while bear hunting, when he saw a white dogman climb a tree, and then exit the area by leaping from tree to tree. Even though Emmett was hunting for a bear, after seeing the dogman he believed the ammo he had in his gun would not have taken down that beast.



We also have an Overtime show with Emmett available on the website and the Castos app for all members. In Overtime, Emmett recalls when he was a kids’ camp counselor and had a scary week-long experience with a little boy named Zachary. Zachary seems to have been demonically possessed, at the very least, but in my own opinion, I think there may have been a chance Zachary was not human at all. Emmett’s story has many twists and turns, including warlocks and mind control, and that’s just a fraction of what makes this story so bizarre!

645: Salish Sasquatch

In Episode 319: The Monster Outside My Window, we are joined by Derrick and Tayler. Derrick begins the show by describing his experience with a creature that approached his window one night while he was sleeping. After researching what he witnessed outside, Derrick concluded that he had seen a Rake. When he told his stepbrother about the encounter, his stepbrother revealed he had seen the same creature, but called it “the monkey man." After Derrick’s story, we talk with Tayler, who reached out to The Confessionals as a new listener. Through tuning in to the program, she started connecting dots between topics she never usually paid much mind. But then she started seeing things in her home, and she wasn't the only one - her husband saw them too. She describes the activity they both experienced, and how they made it stop.

643: Quest For The Ancient Sundial

On Episode 486: The Dark Holler we are joined by Ward Hiney who is the producer, writer, and director of the hit docu-series called, "Dark Holler." Ward reached out to me last year to see if I would be interested in reviewing the first episode of Dark Holler, and we struck up a friendship. He became the main videographer for Merkel Media films as he has an extensive background in videography, which includes filming for Glenn Beck at The Blaze.



On Episode 486, Ward shares all about Dark Holler, and how a short trip to West Virginia to make a 15-minute video with a new camera rig turned into a five-episode docu-series gave him the realization that there is more to the spiritual realm than he ever could have imagined. UFOs. Poltergeists. Demonic possession. Premonitions from interdimensional psychedelic entities. Thin places in the veil. A paranormal parade of the highest strangeness in the lowest places. Old gods and ancient demons, names absent from the mouths of man for centuries, but are being uttered once more in reverence over backwoods altars. Could it all be connected? What if the truth lies beyond our predictable world, but closer than we think? Over our heads, under our feet. Maybe we only see what fits the rules we've chosen. Maybe it’s been in front of us the whole time. Deeper than we dream, darker than we imagine.



These are all things that with which Ward has been faced and had to come to grips with when he stumbled across a family that has a forgotten and not often talked-about history.
