Adam and Dr. Drew open the show talking about the recent terrorist attacks around the Easter holiday. The conversation then turns to television as Dr. Drew marvels at the fact that Adam watches virtually no serialized television. They then turn to the phones and speak to a caller who is preparing to go to rehab but is concerned that he wont be able to drink and another who has a family member who is also struggling with alcohol.  As the show wraps up they speak with a caller who has been experimenting with micro-dosing hallucinogenics.
