This week on True Tall Tales, we’re dialing in across the globe! I’m joined by our hilarious co-host Tess, live from Canada (yep we’re spanning continents now, baby).

You ever have one of those weeks where the universe just goes, “buckle up, mate”? I tell Tess all about how a random convo in an infrared sauna turned into one of the strangest full-circle moments. Turns out, the  guy I was chatting with in the infared sauna was the same guy who heckled me three weeks earlier at a chicken wing eating competition I was hosting in Sydney! Wild, right?

But here’s the kicker, he turned out to be an absolute legend. So legendary, in fact, that he gifted us with a jaw-dropping story (with full permission to share) about his mate who had a very unexpected wake-up call in a Thai hostel… involving bunk beds, slurping noises, and a very cheeky monkey. 

It’s one of those episodes where you laugh, cringe, and maybe even wonder if the universe is having a laugh too.
