Chicago is the latest city telling kids not to go back to school, joining Los Angeles, Atlanta and Philadelphia in planning to resume online learning. President Donald Trump wants kids back in school, but many teachers say they don't feel safe and they may go on strike if they're forced to return to the classroom. Randi Weingarten, the President of American Federation of Teachers, discusses the likelihood of kids returning safely to school and why she supports teachers going on strike as a last resort.
