She is passionate about helping women heal and manage their Hashimoto's through mind, body and spiritual healing techniques and focuses on the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

 

She is the founder of The Thyroid Trainer and lives in NY with her husband, toddler, and rescue cat Jules Verne.
