IN CONVERSATION: Erin Brockovich

Helloooooo, favourite listener friends! Today on the show we have the enigmatic Erin Brockovich. In the year 2000, the award-winning film starring Julia Roberts told the true story of Erin’s involvement in a case against a Californian power company. Ever since, Erin has continued to work in the environmental sphere and has regularly visited Australia as the ambassador for Shine Lawyers.

In our chat with Erin, we asked her about her environmental activism, what it’s like coming into such a large sum of money so unexpectedly, and her relationship with the label “feminist icon”. And yes, we talk a bit about Julia Roberts too...
