In Defense of Progressivism

There is an open battle for the left taking place right now, and we either engage and win it, or cede it to others who do not have our long-term best interests at heart. In today's podcast, we discuss Glenn Greenwald's latest bogus assault on the progressive movement in an effort to help Bernie Sanders win the nomination in 2020, and why it's important for progressives to speak up and defend the good work they've done for years. I don't care who runs in 2020, and I don't yet have a favorite, but I won't be having a small group of privileged white guys rewriting the proud history of our progressive movement for their own personal and political gain. At least not without a good fight.
