Milan. His career began in 2006 in Mediobanca where he held roles of increasing responsibility

in corporate finance for the midcap segment.

In early 2018 he joined Banca Akros, leading the M&A Industrial team and successfully

managing numerous sellside, buyside, take-to-private transactions with corporate companies

and financial sponsor institutions. Since April 2023, he has been Head of Corporate Finance, a

division that includes M&A advisory and Equity Capital Markets activities and is also a

Managing Director at Oaklins Italy, leading its industrial M&A advisory team.
