Stop the diet mentality and saying you will start again tomorrow. Losing weight and keeping it off means finding as sustainable and realistic way of eating that you can hold on to for the rest of your life. It has to be about balance and realism.

Key things to remember:

1. We are always eating a diet

2. Stop expecting your weight to be a fixed number

3. Avoid sugar binges

4. Eat a balance of foods

5. Sleep

6. Move

Remember, you always have the choice to become a better version of you. The more you chose 1 healthy habit and work at it until you develop competence or mastery, the more successful you will become. The more you do the higher you will soar and the more you will accomplish. Make your plan, and get started. Today is the day to start living your best life.
