Internalizing of the External- Retrogrades: An Astrological Perspective with Shellie Enteen

We are in what is called “the retrograde cycle”. With Uranus going retrograde last week, all of the outer planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune) are currently executing their retrograde cycle. This creates a powerful ‘push’ energetically to deeply review our internal experience. In particular, with Uranus now joining in, we are getting to experience, and see; and potentially change, how what we engage in the outside world is deeply affecting our inside world, our health, our wellness and bodies.

We have always been deeply affected by outside influences, but with Uranus retrograde in Taurus, we will experience these things in ways that we can no longer ignore or pretend away. Many are already feeling this impact- how energy affects the environment around them and their own body. This is the best time to tune into this, and get some clarity on what thoughts/emotions/ your daily intake of media or entertainment is having on the quality of your health and what those effects can look like. Stress...and even more impactful, fear. Uranus has a deep influence on the nervous system.
