Last week marked the 50th anniversary of Loving v. Virginia, a Supreme Court case that legalized interracial marriage in the United States.Today, nearly 20 percent of newlyweds are married to someone of a different race or ethnicity - that’s a fivefold jump from when the Loving case was decided. As part of Forum’s “In My Experience” series, we talk to two couples about their interracial relationships.
